Robert Linn Jr., DPM, is an experienced board-certified podiatrist practicing at Foot & Ankle Center of Ocala, located in Ocala, Florida. Specializing in podiatric medicine and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, Dr. Linn considers it an honor to share his skills and expertise with individuals living in and around Marion County.
Dr. Linn completed his undergraduate studies in psychology and his Master of Science in industrial/organizational psychology at the University of Central Florida. He earned his Bachelor of Science in biological sciences and his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at Des Moines University (formerly the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences, Des Moines, Iowa). Dr. Linn completed his surgical residency in reconstructive foot, ankle, and lower leg surgery at AdventHealth East Orlando (formerly Florida Hospital East Orlando). He has completed additional specialty training in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, realignment and deformity correction – adult and pediatric flatfoot surgery, external and internal fixation techniques, diabetic limb salvage, and trauma surgery.
To stay up to date with the latest advances in the field of podiatry, Dr. Linn maintains professional affiliations with several organizations, including the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, the American Podiatric Medical Association, the Florida Podiatric Medical Association, and the North Florida Podiatric Medical Association. He is board certified in both reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery and foot surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, and is a fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons. As a thought leader in podiatry, Dr. Linn has been published in several peer-reviewed publications, conducted several case studies, and given numerous oral presentations.
Dr. Linn is affiliated with several local hospitals, including AdventHealth Ocala, Ocala Regional Medical and Trauma Center, West Marion Community Hospital, and Marion Surgery Center.
