Dr. John LoPiccolo is a graduate of the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and completed his residency training through the Iowa Health System at Trinity Regional Medical Center. He is Board Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons. Dr. LoPiccolo holds surgical privileges at Carteret Healthcare and the Surgical Center of Morehead City. His surgical interests include reconstructive foot surgery, ankle instability repair, and the surgical management of chronic diabetic foot ulcers. Dr. Reagan Parrish is a North Carolina native. She was born and raised in Fayetteville, NC and spent many of her summers enjoying the Crystal Coast. She joined Carteret Foot and Ankle Specialists in August 2010 after completing a two-year surgical residency at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Parrish received her dual undergraduate degrees in Biological and Biomedical Engineering from North Carolina State University in 2004, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She earned her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Dr. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University in 2008. Dr. Parrish is Board Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. She is also Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Parrish currently lives in Morehead City with her husband and 3 boys. In her spare time she enjoys fishing, boating, and biking.
