I was graduated from Temple School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. I also have an MD degree, which I have received from the top medical school in Cairo, Egypt. I have completed three years of surgical training at Inspira Health Network in New Jersey where I served as Chief Resident in my senior year. I have trained extensively in sports injuries, reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, and diabetic limb salvage procedures. I was trained under world renowned physicians at the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, in Pediatric Orthopedic and Limb Deformity Correction. I have also received special training in muscle flap procedures using rotational, pedicle and transpositional muscle flaps for leg and foot structures. I am an associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery.

Because he was born and raised in the heart of Pinellas County, dedicated podiatrist Jeffrey Worman, DPM, is proud to serve the community he’s always called home. Dr. Worman welcomes new and existing patients to his practice, Worman Foot & Ankle Associates, located in Largo, Florida.
After earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Dr. Worman temporarily relocated to Ohio for graduate school. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine (now part of Kent State University) in Independence. Dr. Worman then went through a competitive surgical residency program at University Hospitals of Cleveland.
Once Dr. Worman finished his educational requirements, he returned to Florida and went into private practice with his wife, Bella Worman, DPM, in 2007. Dr. Worman enjoys all aspects of non-surgical and surgical podiatry, including preventive care and chronic disease management. He’s very active in long-term care and frequently provides medical treatments at local nursing homes and rehabilitation hospitals.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Worman likes to spend time with his wife and their two sons and volunteers as a youth football coach for the Police Athletic League in Saint Petersburg, Florida.
Patients of Dr. Worman, or “Dr. Jeff” as his patients call him, commend his very candid, down-to-earth, and humorous demeanor. His goal is to provide old-fashioned family care combined with state-of-the-art technology and to get to know each patient individually, so patients are involved in every decision making step of their podiatric care.
Dr. Bella Worman was originally born in Tbilisi, Georgia and moved to Chicago when she was 7. She attended the University of Illinois at Chicago before earning her podiatric medical degree at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. She completed an extensive surgical residency in Detroit, Michigan with a focus on surgical treatment of the foot and ankle, which she is currently board certified in. Dr. Bella enjoys all aspects of podiatry and has a focus on extensive complicated surgical procedures and is currently on staff at several local hospitals and surgery centers. Dr. Bella is fluent in Russian as well.
Like her husband, Dr. Bella enjoys time with their two sons and when she isn’t working, can most always be found spending time at their sporting events!
I was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico and after high school I left my beautiful island and attended Oberlin College in Ohio on an academic scholarship. After graduation I spent 4 years working at the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine for the Department of Hematology and Oncology performing cancer and bone marrow transplant research. Later on I went back to school and attended Barry University where I obtained my graduate degree of Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. I did my residency at the Tampa VA Hospital and afterwards joined the Bay Pines VA were I had a very busy and successful surgical practice for 9 years. In June of 2012 I left the VA system and opened the American Foot & Ankle Clinic of Tampa Bay where I have been in practice ever since.
“I had a great experience with Dr. Donate. He is kind, knowledgeable, and talks you through every part of your treatment and makes sure you don’t have any questions when you leave. I have only seen him once but it was a great experience!”
