Blake Savage, DPM, MPH, is a podiatrist practicing at Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Institute in Henderson, Nevada. Dr. Savage has received extensive and comprehensive training in all aspects of foot and ankle surgery, including reconstruction, limb salvage, trauma, and elective surgery. Having lived in various places across the country during his life, he is happy to now call Las Vegas his home.
Dr. Savage attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Russian. He went on to earn his medical degree from the College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa. It was at Des Moines University that he pursued his interest in population health and concurrently received his Master of Public Health. He further completed a three-year surgical residency in St. Louis, Missouri, before finishing his advanced surgical fellowship training in Roanoke, Virginia.
During his training, Dr. Savage has been involved in clinical trials developing and testing novel medical devices, products, and procedures in concordance with the FDA to further explore new treatment practices. He has also coauthored peer-reviewed surgical publications on topics such as cavovarus deformity and rheumatoid arthritis.
Outside of work, Dr. Savage enjoys spending time with his wife and dog. He is an avid runner and enjoys any activities that take him into the mountains. He and his wife also enjoy traveling and tasting new restaurants.

Michael Rossidis, DPM, joined Nevada Orthopedic and Spine Center in 2022 after moving to Las Vegas, Nevada, from Philadelphia with his family. At the practice’s Northwest and Henderson offices, Dr. Rossidis specializes in all facets of podiatric care, including foot and ankle arthroscopy, minimally invasive surgery, diabetic limb salvage, deformity correction, and wound care.
Dr. Michael Rossidis completed his undergraduate education at Cornell University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in biology and was a Division I Varsity rower. He then obtained his podiatric medical degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine where he was inducted into the Pi Mu Delta society for his outstanding clinical work and research. He was also awarded the Michael L. Stone Award for outstanding professional conduct. Dr. Rossidis completed his foot and ankle surgical training at the prestigious Penn Presbyterian Medical Center - University of Pennsylvania Health System, where he trained in all aspects of lower extremity care, including advanced training in vascular and plastic surgery, as well as trauma. His surgical training was further complemented by additional experience in rheumatology, infectious disease, and general medicine. Dr. Rossidis is passionate about teaching and research, has presented his research at several national conferences, and serves as a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery (FACFAS). Holman Chan, MD, joined the team at Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center in 2013 and currently sees patients at their office in Henderson, Nevada. He specializes in orthopedic trauma, general orthopedic surgery, and the treatment of lower extremity disorders, including acquired deformities of the foot and ankle.
Dr. Chan was born in Vancouver, Canada. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in 2002 from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver and then attended the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada, where he received a Doctor of Medicine degree in 2006. He completed his surgical internship and residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Alberta in 2011 while serving as chief resident of orthopedic surgery.
Also in 2011, Dr. Chan completed an orthopedic trauma fellowship at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York.
