Dr. Kaitlin Dickert Gonzales believes in engaging with her patients, through kindness and respect, to provide individualized patient focused medicine. Dr. Gonzales graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey, Magna Cum Laude and went on to attend the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. During this time she was elected to the Honor Council, participated in medical mission work in Vicente Guerrero, Mexico, and was awarded the Dr. Sidney Solid Award for clinical excellence, research, and service. After completion of her doctorate she participated in a three year surgical residency at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey, serving as chief resident during her third year. In her off time, Dr. Gonzales enjoys playing with her two children, home improvement projects with her husband, and is an avid gardener.

For those that require surgery I trained at one of the elite surgical programs in the country and have continued to increase my education for the benefit of those I serve. Dr. Mina Baskhron is a double board-certified foot and ankle podiatric surgeon. Dr Baskhron is a leader in private practice in New York since 2014. He has performed over five thousand podiatric surgical procedures including some of the most complicated congenital and acquired foot and ankle deformities. Dr. Baskhron is one of the few foot and ankle podiatric surgeons who completed a 4-year residency training focusing only on foot & ankle pathologies. Although Dr Baskhron's focus is on diabetic foot complications, limb salvage & reconstruction, he also treats various foot & ankle disorders, sports injuries, arthritis, flatfeet, bunion and hammer toes. Dr. Sally Beshai is an experienced Podiatric Surgeon and has received numerous awards for her work. Dr. Beshai was trained by Dr. Edward Ferdinando, DPM at the Staten Island Hospital, and continued to gain experience through a long career in private practice. Dr. Beshai has also served in the Burn, Plastic, and Vascular Surgery departments at the Staten Island Hospital, as Chief Podiatric Surgical Resident. Dr. Beshai has a special interest in diabetic wound care and the management of osteomyelitis and amputation prevention. Dr. Alyssa Aquilino received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University at Albany and went on to complete a Master of Science Program in Biological and Physical Sciences at Touro College. Dr. Aquilino completed her three-year surgical residency training at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, a Level I Trauma Center in New York City. During her residency, she received extensive training in all aspects of podiatric medicine and surgery, including diabetic foot care, wound management, biomechanics, sports-related injuries, and routine foot and ankle conditions.

A native of Astoria, Queens, Dr. Aquilino was a competitive gymnast for ten years, an experience that inspired her passion for foot and ankle medicine. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, skiing, cooking, and participating in fitness and strength-training activities.

Dr. Caroline Tiglio is a skilled and knowledgeable podiatrist who earned her doctoral degree from Temple University. She currently practices with DOCTORS UNITED, INC at different locations across Ardsley, Yonkers and White Plains, NY. Dr. Saccomanno completed his three-year podiatric surgical residency at Huntington Hospital at Northwell Health on Long Island where he received extensive training in elective cases, trauma, infections, and diabetic limb salvage. During his residency, Dr. Lazaroff co-authored a textbook chapter about the surgical management of the neuropathic foot, presented his work at regional conferences, and attended the Orthofix® external fixator course.  He was also part of the multidisciplinary limb preservation clinic, which included podiatric surgery, interventional cardiology, and vascular surgery.

Board-certified podiatric surgeon Joel Segalman, DPM, FACFAS, FACFAO, has treated people of all ages at his private practice, Performance Foot & Ankle Specialists, LLC, since 1991. He welcomes new and returning patients at two convenient locations in Waterbury and Newtown, Connecticut. 

After receiving his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago, Dr. Segalman completed his Harvard affiliated residency at the West Roxbury VA Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS) and a Fellow of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM).

While Dr. Segalman treats the full range of foot and ankle problems, he’s an expert in orthotics. He uses state-of-the-art laser treatment, laser treatment, EPAT®, Shockwave, and amnion and chorion membrane injections for foot and ankle problems. His special interest is sports medicine, an area where he has gained exceptional knowledge and experience.

Dr. Segalman was previously the consulting podiatrist for the New York Knicks. One aspect of his experience with the team was published in Lower Extremity Review, a national medical magazine. 

He was honored to be selected as the team podiatrist of the New York City Football Club, a major league soccer team (MLS) and has been part of the club since its inception and the team’s winning of the MLS Cup during the 2021 season. Dr. Segalman has also served as an attending podiatrist for the Boston Marathon since 1990.
