Dr. Soleymani has performed more than 2,000 foot and ankle surgeries, including bunion, hammertoe, and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgeries. Dr. Soleymani earned his undergraduate degree at Brooklyn College in Brooklyn, New York. He went on to the renowned New York College of Podiatric Medicine in Manhattan, New York, where he graduated with Cum Laude honors.
Dr. Soleymani completed his podiatric medicine surgical residency at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, a Cornell-affiliated hospital in Brooklyn, New York.

He went into private practice in 1997. Since then, he has owned and operated Wayne Rash, DPM, for more than 11 years and Castro Podiatry for more than eight years. His experiences also include a number of different roles in healthcare, including working as an independent sales representative for medical equipment and devices.
