Dr. Sally Beshai is an experienced Podiatric Surgeon and has received numerous awards for her work. Dr. Beshai was trained by Dr. Edward Ferdinando, DPM at the Staten Island Hospital, and continued to gain experience through a long career in private practice. Dr. Beshai has also served in the Burn, Plastic, and Vascular Surgery departments at the Staten Island Hospital, as Chief Podiatric Surgical Resident. Dr. Beshai has a special interest in diabetic wound care and the management of osteomyelitis and amputation prevention. In addition to her leadership skills and gentle bedside manner, Dr. Beshai is very eager to learn new treatments, techniques, and publications.
