Dara J. Friter, D.P.M. is a foot and ankle specialist practicing in all areas of podiatry. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Sports Studies from Rutgers University. Dr. Schadegg was born and raised in Southern Maryland. She received her Bachelor of Science in microbiology at the University of Pittsburgh. After several years working in a podiatry office in New York City, she decided to get her own Doctorate at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine.
She then went on to complete her surgical residency training with the Jefferson Health East region hospital system, with a special focus on reconstructive surgery, Charcot management, and diabetic limb salvage.
