Maurice Betesh, DPM, is a podiatrist and the proud founder of Podiatry Healthcare Associates. Dr. Betesh graduated from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in New York City with honors in 2016. He went on to complete a three-year residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery and diabetic foot and wound care at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York City.

Dr. Mina Baskhron is a double board-certified foot and ankle podiatric surgeon. Dr Baskhron is a leader in private practice in New York since 2014. He has performed over five thousand podiatric surgical procedures including some of the most complicated congenital and acquired foot and ankle deformities. Dr. Baskhron is one of the few foot and ankle podiatric surgeons who completed a 4-year residency training focusing only on foot & ankle pathologies. Dr. Sally Beshai is an experienced Podiatric Surgeon and has received numerous awards for her work. Dr. Beshai was trained by Dr. Edward Ferdinando, DPM at the Staten Island Hospital, and continued to gain experience through a long career in private practice. Dr. Beshai has also served in the Burn, Plastic, and Vascular Surgery departments at the Staten Island Hospital, as Chief Podiatric Surgical Resident. Dr. Beshai has a special interest in diabetic wound care and the management of osteomyelitis and amputation prevention. In addition to her leadership skills and gentle bedside manner, Dr. Beshai is very eager to learn new treatments, techniques, and publications. Shazia Amar was motivated to become a foot doctor in NYC when her grandmother visited became ill and was taken to the hospital. Dr. Shah attended Syracuse University for her undergraduate education. After graduating with her degree, she went on to complete her doctorate in podiatric medicine at the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She received her post-graduate training through a dual-residency program in podiatric medicine and surgery at Cabrini Medical Center. 

During her final year of residency, Dr. Shah was a chief surgical resident. She had extensive training in all aspects of podiatry. 

While serving patients at Aesthetic Podiatry & Sports Medicine Center, she is currently on staff at Gramercy Surgery Center and Mount Sinai Beth Israel. Dr. Mariola Rivera attended undergraduate school at University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez. She went to medical school with a Doctor in Podiatric Medicine degree from New York College of Podiatric Medicine.  Her post-graduate surgical training was completed at Bellevue Hospital, a number one trauma center in New York city.

Dr. Rivera received an challenging training in medicine and surgery from patients from all over the world. Dr. Rivera has services New York city and Westchester patients and athletes after obtaining her residency training.  Dr. Rivera is a board certified physician and Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric medicine. She is also member of The American Podiatric Medical Association and New York State Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Rivera is part of the medical staff of White Plains Hospital, Mount Sinai Beth Israel, New York city. Navrit Randhawa, DPM, is a foot and ankle surgeon and wound care specialist at Podiatry Wellness Center of New Jersey in Carteret and Manaplan Township, New Jersey. 

Dr. Randhawa finished his podiatric surgical residency from the Department of Veteran’s Affairs Hospital in East Orange, New Jersey. During his residency, he served as Chief Resident and ultimately received a doctorate degree at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine.

Dr. Randhawa was born and raised in Carteret, New Jersey. Before attending the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, he received his Bachelor of Science from the New York Institute of Technology. He majored in interdisciplinary studies, graduating with summa cum laude honors. 

In the podiatric surgical field, Dr. Randhawa treats a wide variety of foot and ankle issues. This range includes problems related to sports medicine (including heel pain, ankle sprains and other soft tissue-related injuries, foot & ankle fractures, and arthritis), wound care, diabetic complications, and elective reconstructive forefoot and ankle surgery.

Carl Jean, DPM, FACFAS from The Foot Specialty Practice in the Kings County of Brooklyn, New York, has been practicing podiatry since 2000. He always knew he wanted to be a doctor but chose podiatry due to the vast opportunities that this specialty afforded. 

Unlike many other medical specialties, podiatrists are trained in a region of the body and not just a system. As a doctor and surgeon, Dr. Jean is able to treat various conditions of the foot, ankle, and related structures of the leg.

Nicholas Szwaba, DPM, provides wound care and foot surgery to patients at Richmond Podiatry Associates in the Eltingville neighborhood of Staten Island, New York. 

Dr. Szwaba is a Staten Island local who now is serving the Staten Island community as a physician. He attended New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his residency at Northwell Staten Island University Hospital undergoing extensive training in forefoot, rearfoot, ankle reconstructive surgery, and limb salvage procedures. During his final year of residency, he served as chief resident. 

Dr. Szwaba continued his education and training by completing an additional yearlong fellowship following his residency due to his interest in wound care.
