I have had a hard time finding a primary care physician in the Port Charlotte area, who actually works with their patient and listens. I had almost given up hope. I met with Dr. Jake Hager just today. He was kind, he was knowledgeable, he took his time, and he listened to me. After searching for seven months, I have finally found a PCP with whom I feel comfortable. This is a brand, new practice, and I have no doubt, it will do fantastic.

He was thorough, friendly, and attenti... Read more When making an appointment and arriving to the office, Lana was very fast and friendly! I checked in and was immediately taken back to a room. After initial questions, Dr.Nikul Patel arrived. He was thorough, friendly, and attentive. He reviewed my medical history, current complaints, and made a plan for future care and follow-up. I felt confident in the plan and was very comfortable during the appointment. I have not seen a PCP in a long time, and very thankful I found this office!
