Dr. Shade is warm, welcoming, and truly listens. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and cared for. The bedside manner is wonderful. I never feel rushed, everything is explained clearly, and I'm treated like a person, not a number. The medical assistant was just as kind, friendly, and professional.
