It made me feel relaxed going in for my resu... Read more I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by my name and a smile from the receptionist and also from the blood guy(can't remember his name) he always is very nice, when I go in. It made me feel relaxed going in for my results. Ms. Dawn was her usual very efficient and caring and the young lady who took my vitals and gave me a shot could not have been nicer, I went in for my appointment, right on time, no waiting. Have no complaints at all on my visit,left, feeling good.

She treats you as a whole person and doesn't just deal with the issue at ha... Read more Dawn always goes above and beyond. I have never felt uncomfortable or rushed by her. She takes her time, listens and treats each person with dignity. She treats you as a whole person and doesn't just deal with the issue at hand and push you out the door. I honestly don't know how she manages taking her time with each patient without having a long wait in the lobby but she does it seamlessly. The office staff treats you like family as they are always kind and welcoming. They're a great team
