Adult & Pediatric Dermatology Specialists is a premier dermatology practice providing skin care for all ages, with multiple convenient locations in Trumbull, Westport, and Derby, Connecticut. We also offer the highest level of expertise. Three of our doctors are double board certified, and our practice offers the full spectrum of specialized dermatologic care, from micrographic surgery (Mohs) to pathology to pediatric dermatology.
The doctors at Adult & Pediatric Dermatology Specialists provide several preventive services to help patients avoid skin issues and discomfort. They encourage patients to visit for annual skin cancer screenings and to use sunscreen to prevent sun damage and skin cancers, such as melanoma.
Some skin conditions aren’t preventable, but the Adult & Pediatric Dermatology Specialists team provides advanced treatments. They routinely diagnose and treat skin conditions, such as skin cancer, rosacea, warts, cysts, lipomas, and acne. They can also address cosmetic issues like wrinkles, volume loss, skin tags, hair loss, birthmarks, scars, and brown spots.
State-of-the-art aesthetic services are available from trained dermatologists at Adult & Pediatric Dermatology Services. Patients routinely visit for personalized treatments that include fillers, Botox®, chemical peels, and various laser treatments.

Quick and efficient, DR O is excellent
I used to see Dr. Lerner and when he was retiring I ventured out to a new office. Although the doctor I was seeing was great, I found the office to be unorganized and not easy to deal with. I came back to APDS and I’ve been seeing Dr. Fogel. He’s absolutely amazing! I’m so happy with my experience returning to this office and with Dr. Fogel. He has helped me get my confidence back by prescribing me just what I need to clear my skin! Aside from Dr. Fogel, everyone in this office is great. I wouldn’t recommend another practice. :)
First time meeting Dr Fogel yesterday. I was very impressed with him, both his knowledge and his very cheerful attitude. Couldn't help but smile on my way out. His assistants all equally polite.
