Dr. Garrana offers general eye exams, LASIK, PRK, Corneal Cross-Linking, Refractive Cataract Surgery, and much more. With her extensive experience, use of state-of-the-art technology, and dedication to compassionate patient care, she’s one of the most popular ophthalmologists in Southern California and New York City. Dr. Garrana earned her medical degree at the American University of Beirut School of Medicine in Lebanon. She then completed a research fellowship in Corneal Wound Healing at Georgetown University Center for Sight in Washington, DC. Dr. Garrana completed her Internship at New York University Medical Center, then went on to complete her Ophthalmology residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York.

With her extensive LASIK and PRK research work and impressive academic record, Dr. Garrana was accepted to the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary of Harvard Medical School in Boston for specialty training in Corneal and Refractive Surgery.
