Tracy & Staff are available when needed and have the appropriate references in case one might need help with other areas. Nonjudgemental down to earth; Still professional without missing that most us, come from a scenario we lost control of. It’s really nice to have folks deal with us without negatively patronizing us. They are always kind, respectful, and professional. They truly make me feel like they care about my health and well-being, not just as a patient but as a person. I always feel listened to, and they take the time to explain things clearly and make sure I’m comfortable with my care. It’s hard to find doctors who genuinely care, and I’m very thankful for the care I receive from them.
