I started working with Sandra about two years ago and have so much love for her and the alt psych team! I’ve been with Mark’s practice for almost a decade. Best decision I’ve made for myself. He’s the most experienced in Florida at what he does & is down to earth, compassionate, and hilarious. His staff is second to none and they reflect his values, vision, & personality. Sandy Hatfield is no exception.. she’s caring, & empathetic to others needs. She genuinely cares about the people she serves & is such an amazing listener. I’ve had many a deep & intellectual conversation w/ her. I ????
Sandra and Dr Sylvester are the best! I have been seeing them for years. Dr. Sylvester is who I initially saw before they were telemedicine and he changed my life! They both spend more than enough time with you and are friendly, knowledgable and relatable. The office staff is 10/10! Sandra is very understanding and makes me feel very comfortable when I’m speaking with her. She is informative and extremely helpful. I have had poor experiences with other providers, but once I started seeing her it’s been a much better experience!

Dr. Sylvester and team provide an exceptional in-depth treatment program for individual needs, an ongoing regular patient check-up with plans to change in accordance with the client's changing treatment needs, and an appreciation for where the person stands in the community as far as helping him or her move forward with their lives. Do not feel afraid to try his alternative therapies. The Bradenton location will make you feel like you're having a vacation even if you don't like needles. 5***

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Lilyana Dobreva from Alternative Psychiatry. It is the first time in 2 years plus that I feel I’m healing in the right direction. It is 100% because of the recommendations Lilyana has provided which includes reduced medication and alternative therapies like Neurofeedback and Lymphatic drainage with a trained Massage Therapist. I feel such a part of my healing as well. No changes are made without my input and consent. She’s wonderful!
After going to roughly 20 different Doctors and Psychiatrist's I reached out to Alternative Psychiatry and established with Lilyana Dobreva. She has been far superior to everyone else I've seen. Initially she spent at least 1 hour with me going over my entire history and was able to accurately diagnose and treat me. Overall my experience has been great and we have a plan that will not just help me in the present but benefit my future as well! Highly recommend.
