My first experience with Dr Basebang was pleasant. It was a real home coming. Within a short period, he was professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and detailed. Immediately I got in, one of the staff began the consultation process, no long waiting times. Dr Francis was particularly very professional. Yesterday was the first time visiting the clinic with my son who has Autism. The doctor took the time to get to know my son and find the best pathway to proceed with his medical concerns. My son and I felt very comfortable with Dr. Basebang and intend on remaining under his medical care.
Office staff was very polite. Frances very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable . This was my first time visiting. The doctor was very nice and explained in detail everything he was about to do. This office was a breath of fresh air compared to where I came from.

Everyone was very nice and professional. Jessica the nurse that helped me was very thorough and very considerate of my disabilities. There is one very important medical treatment that they do not address. Pain management. Shame on this doctor for the prejudices they have for these patients.
