Here is an example: when I walked into her office, there was another patient sitting in the waiting room. The other patient asked me if I was the one who went water walking? I replied yes and the end result was we met the next Friday at the pool. Excising with a friend (even a new one) is so much easier and more enjoyable. Anndrea sees beyond medical needs.

As soon as I walked in to the waiting area, I felt connected with all the lotus flowers, the sayings, and the overall energy of the place. My anxiety literally melted out of me.
