Here is an example: when I walked into her office, there was another patient sitting in the waiting room. The other patient asked me if I was the one who went water walking? I replied yes and the end result was we met the next Friday at the pool. Excising with a friend (even a new one) is so much easier and more enjoyable. Anndrea sees beyond medical needs.

I was so surprised that she would do that. When we met to go over some new concerns she was really listening and wanted to know what I thought. I came away feeling hopeful and grateful. Everyone at her office has been so kind.
