About Us

Angel Perez, MD, PA, provides superior medical care for adults and adolescents over 12 in and around Channelview, Texas. 

As a highly skilled internal and emergency medicine specialist, Dr. Perez take a patient-centered approach at this self-named practice, addressing a wide range of urgent and primary care matters. He creates custom care plans to meet individual needs and encourage patients to take an active role in their own health and wellness.

To diagnose pain and other symptoms of illness or injuries, the practice features in-house services such as labwork,  EKG, Sudo Scan, ENG, ultrasounds, Cardiologist on-site, allergy testing and more. The provider also offer diabetic eye screenings to identify early warning signs of diabetic retinopathy.

Advanced treatments such as MLS laser therapy are available to control pain and support patient recovery from surgeries or injuries. Dr. Angel Perez, MD,  also perform minor procedures such as stitches and wound cleaning on-site. Walk-in visits are available without an appointment but only for emergencies.

Comprehensive weight-loss management services are available on-site to support a safe and healthy weight-loss journey. Under the medical supervision of the experienced medical team, patients can achieve a healthy body weight and learn techniques to keep the weight off for good.

To address wrinkles and other age-related skin flaws, Angel Perez, MD, PA, offers a range of aesthetic services. The certified specialist personalize treatment plans using Botox®, Dysport , popular dermal fillers, and PCA chemical peels to enhance skin and enhance the natural contours of the face.

Dr. Perez earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School in Houston, Texas. He also has extensive training in injectable aesthetics like Kybella®. In addition to working with his patients, Dr. Perez also served as an associate professor of internal medicine and an associate professor of emergency medicine at UTHealth® Center in Houston, Texas.

As a board-certified internal medicine physician, Dr. Perez has over 20 years of experience helping patients manage chronic illness and maximize their health. He also addresses urgent care situations that result from sudden illness or unexpected injuries.
