Venise is a doctoral-trained nurse practitioner. She began her studies at Kaplan University in Chicago, Illinois, earning her Bachelor of Nursing. Venise remained in Chicago to complete a Master of Nursing at Chamberlain University, and then completed a Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Florida in Jacksonville, Florida.
