At first I was frustrated not getting answers of why my heart races and how they are going to fix my condition. And after having this loop recorder in nearly 2 years my condition has improved on its own since I don't take the medication they prescribe me. But overall they've done a great job monitoring me which I appreciate.
Had an appointment for 8:30 am, arrived and found out due to the computer switch over that my appointment wasn’t showing. Was given the opportunity to wait but with four or five other patients waiting, we rescheduled.
Dr.Makkar is so wonderful when you visit with him and he always has time for you to ask questions.

Excellent doctor but seems to be in more of a rush to get out of the room and move on to the next patient. Never used to be this way.

Very thorough
I was asked by the assistant if I remember the height and weight of my last doctors appointment. He should have taken it himself. The doctor asked me when I took a stress test. That information is in my medical records. These two conversations seemed a little strange to me. I was set up for another stress test because of the medicine I am taking. So everything is all right with the ongoing process of checking me out
It’s always good to go to the appointment and feel good with a caring individual

Dr. Makkar and his staff are the best. His knowledge has made it possible to live with a.fib without the use of blood thiners. And, to be aware of PVC's if they return. Alex B
If you have Afib....this is your go to guy ! Fantastic care. Get off of those nasty blood thinners. An Amulet specialist. Will help with any type of heart issue you have. Very smart doctor who knows what he is doing.
Dr. Makkar explains everything about your condition very clearly and makes sure you understand your treatment options. I have complete trust in him.
