She asked all the pertinent questions as far as my dad’s health concerns. My dad has Dementia so she was understanding of me having to answer questions in which he gave me permission to do so. Melinda also stated she’s going to follow up with the surgeon who operated on his broken left leg. Then she inquired about his medication to see if he needed refills. Lastly, she gave us permission to call her if we needed to do so.

Melinda Olds is such a sweet person. She really cares about her patients and it shows. She acts as if you’re the only patient she has when she talks to you.
