I cannot express how great my experience with Peggy and the staff at Aspire has been; truly positive. It has taken over a year, but I’ve lost 62 pounds and maintained it for 6 months with changing my lifestyle & how I look at food as fuel to my body’s engine. Peggy has great ideas to change up my food planning o get bored or plateau. I don’t think I could have done it without the predictive, self accountability and tracking. Aspire should be inspired!
Aron discovered that I had 2 rare genetic mutations that contribute to obesity and inability to lose weight. He is working towards helping me access the medication to help treat the condition that I would otherwise not be able to afford. Thank you Aron!
