Today was my first appointment with Aspire Health/Nichole Sharp. Not only was I given ample reminders of my appointment but staff was kind and efficient. They did not make me feel rushed or unimportant. Nichole gave us ample time to talk, I didn’t feel rushed, I felt heard by her. This was the first time I felt like it was a team building rather than “here’s this info, follow it or don’t”. Nichole cares about her patients and that’s how she made me feel. I am so glad a friend recommended Aspire. They are the reason I am loosing weight successfully and helping to address my other concerns. Heidi is the best! She is such a huge help, listens and gives really good advice which results in me feeling better. She doesn't just grill you on how much protein you are eating and calorie tracking. If Heidi was not there I wouldn't keep going to Aspire. Read less
