At Avila Plastic Surgery, Dr. Rafael Avila provides a full range of cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgeries to men and women in Mission, Texas. From eyelid surgery to mommy makeovers, this board-certified plastic surgeon brings over 20 years of experience and training to each procedure, ensuring his patients get what they want and need.

Dr. Avila performs traditional plastic surgery procedures, including facelifts, liposuction, and breast augmentations, and also offers minimally invasive procedures like SculpSure® body contouring and fat grafting.

During an initial consultation, he meets with each patient and listens to their concerns and desires. He makes his recommendations, discusses realistic outcomes and any health concerns, and talks about the risks of plastic surgery. Through his detail-oriented approach, Dr. Avila always meets his patients’ expectations and often exceeds them.

Dr. Avila attended the University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio and completed his residency at Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas before opening his practice and serving the community of Mission, Texas. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
