Didn't have to wait long at all to be taken in, they talked to me about what my insurance allows/requires. Loved that they were so knowledgeable about it. Dr. Grimes has a great doctor demeanor, helped me to be more upfront with my concerns. Instantly booked my next appointments and everything all organized. Seriously good experience, will definitely make this my primary doctor if this is the experience I can expect coming here.
