I was more than a number. I was a person who was heard. Crystal Bates took her time and explained to me and help me understand the driving forces behind my medical conditions. She was easy to talk with and didn't make you feel like a failure. We came up with a plan of action and she was on top of seeing my prescriptions through until they were in my hands. She has truly went above and beyond. I will most definitely recommend her to others.

Crystal Bates is by far the best medical provider I’ve ever had. She and Tom are chef’s kiss. Today, during my appt both she and Tom made me feel heard , seen and cared for! The time she spent with me listening, educating, and comforting me with such empathy and compassion will never be forgotten. I am so grateful for her and her medical team.
