He followed up about a pre... Read more The doctor was on time and greeted me with a smile. He asked how I had been doing and how my summer had been thus far. I appreciated the interest, and I was able then to expound on how I was feeling. He followed up about a previous test I had recently and told me even though my numbers had dropped a little, he felt it was just due to a momentary problem with water, etc. I had been feeling a little depressed lately, but felt better with talking about it.

Very much preferable to driving for an hour each way and sitting in a waiting room. The phone consult format is much more conducive to relaxed and private communication, and the doc was most charming in that setting.
