It had been maybe eight years since I last saw him, but he seemed to have reviewed my records from past visits. I was very favorably impressed with his preparation. I had recently injured my right shoulder. After taking an X-ray of my shoulder he performed a thorough evaluation to diagnose its condition, and gave me an injection to allow it to heal completely with minimal discomfort. He also suggested exercises to help with the recovery. I was very happy with the service and treatment I received from Dr. Melillo and his staff, and I highly recommend them to others.

Everything from the hospital that we used (Houston’s Physicians) to his staff in the office has been stellar. I did not expect this given I was having a hip replacement, but things could not have gone better and I could not have been treated better by the hospital and his staff. The doctor is extremely competent and extremely communicative and I wouldn’t recommend anybody else. I am so glad that a friend of mine talked me into going to see him before I made a decision. If you have to get this done, go see Anthony Melillo.

Orthopaedic surgeon Anthony S. Melillo, MD, is the founder of Bay Oaks Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, located in Houston, Texas since 2000. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
