I didn't have a good experience like I had with Dr. Levine. Is a long story and I am very frustrated to tell you all again.
Dr. Levine met with me twice now and each time made an effort to clearly explain my situation and course of action. I highly recommend!!!
I was given a thorough hearing test by an audiologist. Afterward, Dr.Dao diagnosed the results and suggest a pharmaceutical approach to restoring hearing to my right ear. In a few weeks, I'll be retested to determine how successful this approach was.
I am 100% satisfied with Dr Rafii, and very pleased with the result.

Professional and personal. Dr. Dao takes all the needed time to explain procedures and review results, patiently answering questions. Pleasant staff and I felt comfortable with their safety procedures in the waiting room as well as patient room. I highly recommend!

I have suffered with sinus issues for my whole life and I finally made the decision to see an ENT. My referat was to Dr Ashley Dao and she discovered my sinuses were in bad shape turbinates completely closed and deviated septum. The testing process to access all mentioned above was to do a process that lets her see the condition your in and it was challenging for mine because how bad they had become. Dr.Daotook time to explain what need to be done completely and during the exam she has such a gental touch it made my experience so easy. Then from there she fully explains what she has to do to repair your issues and she does this with extreme confidence and puts you at ease. I would recommend Dr. Dao to anyone especially if you have had a bad experience in the past.
