However, I had a very disappointing experience with the PA regarding my billing. As someone on a fixed income, I have been diligently paying down my $260 balance and have it down to $60. Despite making consistent progress, the PA was highly unprofessional and reprimanded me for taking too long to pay. I love the doctor, but the bedside manner from the supporting clinical staff regarding financial matters needs improvement."
