This was an incredibly difficult step for me to take and Dr. Fregene was so gentle and preciously kind to me.... especially after explaining a very traumatizing experience that I had years ago with a licenced counselor (my fear of seeking therapy ever since was very extreme). My experience with her, so far, tells me I will be properly cared for.
