Today, after few sessions I feel more confident. I started to understand the cycle I have been on for years and now I feel I can move forward. I am having my last session next week and I feel I can walk on my own. I can’t be more blessed to have had the opportunity to meet, to be listened to, to be understood, and to be guided to respect and love myself.

She was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and thorough throughout the entire appointment. She truly listened to me, asked the right questions, and was able to provide a diagnosis that finally made sense to me. I left feeling understood, reassured, and confident about my treatment plan.
