Josias is an exceptional mental health professional. During my sessions with him, I feel supported and guided while dealing with my psychological and emotional challenges. His humanistic based approach lets me know that it’s okay to feel the way I do and that I’m going to be fine. Another outstanding point is the way he toggles back and forth allowing a dynamic flow of thoughts between him and I throughout my thinking process, like a pendulum in a cyclical nature of healing.
