We scheduled a video call very quickly, discussed my issues, she listened not only for what I came in for but my other issues I didnt think she could help with. Also as a trans person, she respected that the name I want to be called doesn't align with my current legal name and remembered to refer to me as such. There was a little hiccup with if my insurance covered our visit and she offered tangible solutions which was a huge relief lmao
