She really listens to you, and it always seems like you are talking to a friend about your issues vs a doctor. I really like the fact that Dr Wertz thinks out of the box, and does not simply prescribe another medication just for the sake of it. It's obvious that her care is individualized for each patient. She is a doctor who truly cares!
