Bromley Neurology PC is a one-of-a-kind, state-of-the-art private practice that treats a variety of neurological conditions. With two locations in Audubon, New Jersey, and one in Linwood, New Jersey, the general neurology practice is well situated to serve South Jersey communities.
The board-certified doctors offer comprehensive, patient-focused care to address various neurological disorders, including dementia, headaches, movement disorders, seizures, multiple sclerosis, and other neuro-immunology and neuromuscular conditions. The team also provides expert neuropsychiatry services.
Bromley Neurology PC is one of the largest private infusion suites providing this level of care in New Jersey. In addition to cutting-edge IV biologic therapies to treat disease, patients now have access to elective infusions that enhance their immune systems, maintain health, and help prevent disease. These infusions include IV vitamins, IV nutraceuticals, and IV hydration.

I always enjoy my appointments with Doctor Hightower. She always takes the time to not only check on me physically but mentally as well. Things like that go a long way for me. She always takes the time to follow-up about things we've discussed in the past and takes a very sincere interest not only my physical but mental health.

Appreciate that Dr Bromley listened to me, asked me questions and took my concerns seriously. He was easy to talk to. Also they provide you with a comprehensive document following your appt of what’s been discussed, potential diagnoses, tests being ordered, medications, etc. You don’t have to spend time taking notes. I felt very comfortable with the doctor and the office staff.

Great first visit. Doctor Bromley was the best neurologist I've been to. He took plenty of time with me and listened to every detail of my lengthy history of battling Transverse myelitis. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me options to try that none of my previous neurologists did. I have finally found a neurologist i can trust in dealing with my TM going forward. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Hightower has it all. She's professional, yet caring. And, she has a wonderful "beside manner". She is polite, personable and has great empathy, She keeps me well informed, makes great recommendations and doesn't miss any details. She told me to drink more water, because she noticed my BUN was high. Made sure I was still taking Vitamin C, zinc and a probiotic as directed, because my WBCs are chronically low. Ever since she put me on Copaxone (the only MS drug that doesn't weaken your immune system) and IVIG in the Fall of 2023, I only had 1 relapse since in March 2024. Last year I had 4-5 relapse between January and the Fall. Simple, but genius! She recommended I try the Cionic neural sleeve for my weak leg which I am pursuing. It appears to be something just what the doctor ordered! Lol. Also, prescribed NAC to help with cognition. Always asks if I need refills. I could go on and on. This practice is lucky to have her. What a nice person and great doctor!

My mother, brother and I visited Dr. Hightower's office due to my mother's waning memory. The exam was thorough and professional. Dr. Hightower explained everything to us in detail and answered all of our questions. She suggested things we can do and steps to take in the future. We were very impressed with all aspects of the appointment. Great doctor!

Dr. Keith Preis and the wonderful people who work at Bromley Neurology are absolutely the best in their business. My life drastically changed at 50 when I became physically and neurologically disabled. I went from being a fit, hardworking industrial electrician to someone broken who I barely recognized. When people talk of Hell I used to believe they were referring a bad place bad people go, related to their religion. I know now, Hell is here on earth. Dr. Keith Preis was able to help me get back to a better life and manage my problems. He saved me. He addressed my problems one at a time and offered the paths to solution. With the correct medication, vitamins and methods I was able to heal, accept and recover. I must credit Dr. Keith for getting me there through this!!
