From the time I walked in the door to setup an appointment, meeting staff, consulting with Dr. Bronstein I couldn't have felt more welcome. Each visit was the same - each person I associated with was so professional and willing to help with my needs. EVERYONE was a superstar in my opinion. The Physical Therapists were the last group I met this past Monday and they were exactly the same. So welcoming encouraging ,kind and helpful - Dr. Bronstein you have a incredible staff. Thank you. My experience with this office was excellent from the front desk to physical therapist and the exceptional Dr Wang. Let me not forget Mimi who made certain all my forms were sent to my disability insurance. I had a severe fracture of my distal radius and required a plate and 9 screws. Working with the therapist to get back my strength since the fracture was my dominant hand. Praying that I will recover 100% but everything is healing well Read less
