Lori is amazing. She is patient and listens to my concerns and answers my questions. She always explains the issue and the course of treatment. She explains why she is treating the issue with the particular antibiotics and how it works. She takes her time and does not rush the visit. I always take my girls to Lori and I see her myself as well. Our pediatrician is located in the woodlands so I use Lori a lot. I do not know what we do with out her. Ms. Julie and the staff are always a pleasure to see. I feel so comfortable and confident that they will fulfill all of my needs. I feel like I’ve known Ms. Julie forever and I can tell her exactly how I’m feeling and she gives me her input and we go from there. Ms. Terri is another person that I can call if I have an issue and she always goes above and beyond to get me scheduled.
