Dr. Oliva and his team were great and treat their patients with respect and compassion. I am a former Lubbock Spine Institute patient for these very reasons. In my experience the Lubbock Spine Institute, especially Dr. Hirsh and his team, run a patient mill and only care about money not the patients that need help with severe back pain. Thank God the Veterans Administration referred me to Dr. Oliva, a true professional who cares about his patients.
