Sometimes though I think she goes too fast during the appointments. A suggestion; could she slow down a little bit during the appointments so I have time to get my thoughts together and make sure I am able to say all the things I need to say. My thought process doesn't move as fast as Alexis. I do appreciate that she is efficient and friendly to me and is caring.
