Sometimes though I think she goes too fast during the appointments. A suggestion; could she slow down a little bit during the appointments so I have time to get my thoughts together and make sure I am able to say all the things I need to say. My thought process doesn't move as fast as Alexis. I do appreciate that she is efficient and friendly to me and is caring.

Jennifer was prompt for our appointment. She took her time to explain to me all of my test results and helped me to form a plan going forward.
