Dr Williams listened closely to my concerns, and discussed all options, even drawing a diagram explaining my hand issues (osteoarthritis). I have a lot of confidence in him, particularly given his numerous board certifications and wealth of experience. His staff are all so very nice and efficient. So thankful my primary referred me to him!
Very disappointed with Dr Williams staff...I have been seeing Dr since 2017....after my surgeries staff would contact me to follow up. The staff he has now shows me things have changed in very BAD way..... I love Dr Williams and he is a great hand surgeon....top of his profession. Please make some good changes to his staff.

The front desk was very prompt and polite and were quick to respond to my questions. The medical assistants were very knowledgeable. And Dr Williams is excellent at keeping people calm and explaining in detail what procedures will be done and where and how and asking for feedback for any issues that the patient might foresee.

Dr. Williams' staff was hardworking and engaged with patients even as the reception room was continually full. Juana kept me updated on wait time, as it was quite long. Dr. Williams is so in demand and his reputation and skills precede him My issue was readily evaluated by him and I was given follow up instructions. Treatment is still to be determined.
