My appointment today with Lisa was 10/10 stars!! She was very thorough and took the time to get my full history of my past! Since I am self pay and have no insurance, she helped get a plan together of everything that needs to be done in order of importance rather than try to get me to do everything at once. Today I visited Lisa for my HRT pellets for the first time. My experience was excellent from the moment I had to phone for directions, walking in the door, seeing Kelly for my vitals and then meeting with Lisa.
She took her time and made me feel very comfortable. I have been to at least three other places nearby in the past for the same service that took longer, was painful and I had terrible bruising.
I will be seeing Lisa again and again for my future HRT. Read less
