The entire Staff was attentive and caring from my first phone call, to office visit, treatment and followup calls. I walked in with only a minimal wait time and was called back for through exam, treated and out. Dr. Charla Burchett assesed my condition, gave treatment, ordered additional precautionary test, called in prescription and personally called me back w test results the same day. Loved Carter Healthcare!

She has great experience and knowledge of occupational therapy. My thumb is healing quickly and I’m getting my motion back in it. I would recommend Hallie to anyone needing OT. I will miss her when my OT is finished!!
