Cascade Foot & Ankle is a premier podiatry practice in Provo and Nephi, Utah, led by board-certified podiatric surgeon and wound care specialist Jared Clegg, DPM, FACFAS. The office treats everything related to the foot and ankle for every stage of life, in a compassionate setting. 

Cascade Foot & Ankle is dedicated to finding the root cause of ankle and foot problems. The highly trained team treats common causes of leg, heel, foot, and ankle pain — including bunions, ingrown toenails, foot fungus, plantar fasciitis, hammertoe, corns, calluses, bone deformities, diabetic foot problems, and more.

The practice offers sports medicine services and treatments for pediatric foot problems, arthritis in the feet and ankles, Achilles tendinitis, fractures, strains, sprains, and other foot or ankle injuries.

Cascade Foot & Ankle recommends conservative treatments when possible but also provides podiatric surgery. Treatments include taping, splinting, bracing, medication, custom-fitted orthotics (shoe inserts), physical therapy, wound care, and foot and ankle surgery.

Cascade Foot & Ankle uses modern technology and the latest advances in podiatry care to improve patients’ mobility, allowing them to enjoy pain-free living and the activities they love. The practice provides QuantaFlo™ for peripheral artery disease (PAD), and in-house X-rays.
