About Us

Cascade Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Center, P.C. is a superior orthopedic surgery practice led by Gregory Stanley, MD, MBA, FAAOS, and his exceptional staff in The Dalles and Hood River, Oregon. It’s the only orthopedics and sports medicine clinic in the region offering a locally owned ambulatory surgical center.

The practice provides the highest level of orthopedic and podiatric (foot and ankle) care available. The team at Cascade Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Centerhelp helps patients achieve their goals using evidence-based care to determine diagnoses, make treatment recommendations, and rehabilitation plans. They take a diverse approach to care that includes conservative, holistic, traditional, and surgical treatment modalities.

Some of the many services available at Cascade Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Center, P.C. include sports medicine, joint replacement surgery, nonoperative and operative treatment of musculoskeletal acute and chronic issues, joint injections, stem cell and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections, and much more.

The practice also offers on-site musculoskeletal ultrasound for diagnosis and guided injections, custom and off the shelf durable medical equipment, and on-site imaging in both The Dalles and Hood River clinics. Treatment for on-the-job (workers’ compensation for Oregon and Washington) claims and injuries sustained in automobile accidents is available.
