I did extensive research on doctors in DFW and Houston. My list of qualifications was extensive and based on what I learned from another orthopedic surgeon who specializes in feet who is a friend but out of state. Dr. Cook’s education, qualifications and experience continued to elevate him on my list over and over for each specific criteria I researched. Most impressive, he is a fellow with the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. This is highly prestigious and shows the level of expertise the doctor has due to the qualification process. Regarding Dr. Cook and his staff, I cannot begin to say enough. Professional but personal. Knowledgeable and educated with excellent people skills. Dr Cook was superb about talking through my options with me and explaining in detail the specifics of each. I never walked out thinking “I do t understand”. There simply isn’t another doctor I would have perform surgery on my feet. Not one anywhere. This is why sports professionals and others come from all over the country to see him! I TRUST Dr. Cook! And adore him and his staff!
