Welcome to Centered Behavioral Health & Wellness, a premier mental health practice in Woods Cross, Utah. Our board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, Spencer Lowe, DNP, APRN, FNP, PMHNP, compassionately cares for adults, teenagers, and children ages 6 and older in a welcoming environment.

Dr. Lowe has a passion for helping his clients improve their mental health and well-being. 

He cares for people struggling with depression, anxiety disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance misuse disorder, and numerous other mental health conditions. 

Dr. Lowe supports people with impulse control disorders, eating disorders, sleep disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and schizophrenia, as well as chronic stress and difficult life transitions. He takes an evidence-based and holistic approach to wellness and mental health care. 

Centered Behavioral Health & Wellness specializes in behavioral modifications, medication management, medical weight loss, and psychotherapy. 

Dr. Lowe creates client-centered treatment plans. He ensures his patients feel valued, heard, and empowered throughout their mental health journey.
