At Chiropractic Rehabilitation and Acupuncture (CR&A), we do our best to help you live your most active and pain-free life.

Nearly 80% of us will experience back pain in their lifetime, with chronic back pain affecting 10% of Americans. Chiropractic techniques – applied thoughtfully and with careful attention to the patient – can alliviate acute back pain, help manage chronic back pain, and potentially prevent future flare-ups.

At CR&A, we use a variety of techniques to address back pain, including spinal manipulation, activator methods, the Graston Technique, Flexion Distraction, the Thompson Technique, and the McKenzie method. We are temporarily unable to offer acupuncture services, but are working to re-add them soon. We also include therapeutic massage with a licensed masseuse on an appointment-only basis.

Founded in 1993 by Dr. Rob Ferguson, CR&A has recently transitioned to provider Dr. Jermaine Lindsey, DC, an experienced practitioner with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from the University of Central Florida and a Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College, where he served as a clinical teaching assistant.

We accept most major insurance plans, as well as Medicare and Medicaid, and have experience handling personal injury and workers compensation cases.
