I don't typically leave feedback, but how can you not with a Nurse Practitioner like Heron. I've never experienced service like hers. She took time with me and never once acted like she was in a hurry. She spent time listening to concerns about my health and made me feel that we were going to concur this together and that I was not alone. I have never had a doctor/specialist/nurse practitioner/nurse or anyone make me feel this secure and heard until I starting seeing Heron.
