When I arrived for my appointment, I was welcome by Stephen himself. I sat in the beautiful waiting room, and I immediately felt that I was coming to the right place where someone was going to listen to my concerns and helped me. Stephen listened attentively to my health issues/concerns, asked additional questions, and after he completed his physical examination, he was able to find the root cause of my issues, showing a lot of empathy:)
