First, as a new patient it was very easy to book an appointment. I was able to book my appointment for the very next day after calling to inquire if she was taking on new patients. Once I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised how clean the front lobby was. This was one of the reasons I left my previous primary care physician. Their lobby was run down, and the cloth seats were caked with dead skin on the armrest. So, seeing a clean lobby was welcoming. As for PA Alaniz, her bedside manner was impeccable. She asked about my health with genuine care and concern. She made me feel more than just dollar signs. She took her time and conducted a thorough examination. She made me feel like I was her only patient and her top priority. I highly recommend her practice if you are seeking primary health care.
